I thought the episode was going to be good but then Alex started acting depressed again and that meant it wasn't going to be worth seeing. But once they went back to when the girls were younger, it was a very enjoyable episode. I didn't mind that the girls didn't get along because a lot of sisters act like that. I wish they'd do more from back then.
Young Alex really looked like Alex. And now we know how she ended up with this kind of a career.
It was terrible for Kara to lose such a good friend.
I was confused how it looked dark if they were going home from school.
It was nice to see Erica and I never suspected who she really was.

It was a good episode and I was impressed with the way Kara expressed her feelings for Mon-El. She does not usually cry and show vulnerability. Too bad and too sad that he is no longer available. Now, I wish Mon-El had not returned, unless he knows about Reign.
It is an interesting concept that childbirth delayed Samantha's maturity and ability to become Reign, the World Killer. But it took only 30 seconds for her to change in her ugly fortress. It is not pretty and bright like Superman's.
Winn is the most trusting character on any of the superhero shows.
J'onn and M'yrnn are making progress toward living a normal life. I enjoyed the scene in their new apartment.

I was hoping this show would get better but it sure didn't. I was happy Kara had Mon-El back until I found out he was married. His new wife is gorgeous. And she was wearing shorts when he rescued her.
I liked seeing J'onn and his father. I saw two shows with references to brown water. Adam's wife on "Man with a Plan" made the terrible discovery about how he saves money on coffee. So she was drinking what was essentially brown water and falling asleep.
So now we know the truth about Samantha. I do not like how that turned out. And I certainly didn't like her fortress.

The promo looks exciting. Reign will wear a mask so Supergirl might not know she is Samantha. But...Supergirl could see through the mask if she wanted to, I think.
