I don't know how I would select the songs out of six hours, but I doubt anyone is going to listen for very long to the original.
Thanks.
I haven't figured out if you can even start it in the middle. I know you're not going to want to listen to six hours.

An interesting consequence of the state of the nation is a change to my investment: "There is no requirement to take a minimum distribution in 2020; required minimum distributions during calendar year 2020 have been waived." That waives a lot of federal tax payments for 2020.
Municipalities are encouraging young people to register to help at polling sites. The senior population has withdrawn to protect their health and that was given as one reason there will be a reduction in polling sites.

Okay Kyle, I have sent you an email with my notes on the first 24 minutes of the recording. This indeed a challenge but I may do the rest later on, we shall see.

Hey Kyle, sent you another email with another analysis for you. Got the first 44 minutes completed now, will send you more another time. This was incredibly challenging but I am loving this!
Thank you so much for asking me to do this!

I'm glad you can do it. I told the people in one of my Facebook groups about it. I don't know how many of them are interested but I said the end result may be that they can listen to the music more easily. I haven't read that anyone listened to the whole six hours like I did.
You haven't definitely said you like the music but you seem to know it.
I mentioned in the email that the company that distributed the music to radio stations continued to do it for about 20 years. People were not happy when they pretty much got rid of the big band era type music in 2006. The music had more of a soft rock sound by 1991 when a station where I lived was trying out possible new formats. By 1994 it was on a Charlotte radio station full time, and in 1997 sometimes it leaned more toward big band and other times it had an oldies sound. At night it was all like it was in 1987. The station did something crazy back in 1997 and on a number of web sites, my name recalls that event. Listeners did not like it, though that same music mix sounds normal these days.
I just remembered something. The actress on "This Is Us" who looks like you is Hannah Zeile. I don't know why I thought it was the other one, but the other one plays the same character as a young child.

Yes, I do enjoy the music. Some better than others.
I'll probably analyze some more soon since things are slow around here most days.
Huh, that's interesting.

If you're responding to my comment about Hannah Zeile, I worded it wrong and now it's edited. You look like the teenager and she is the teenager.

Yes, people have mistakenly thought I am a teenager still.
I look very young for my age. Even when I'm dressed up I rarely look my age.

Do you have a progress report?
One of the sites where I posted the link didn't get any response when I mentioned what you were doing. Maybe they're all willing to listen to it all the way through.

I don't really need the complete analysis, but would there be a way to put that somewhere for those who might like it?
Remember, the objective is for anyone who doesn't want to listen to the whole thing to get an idea of what's there.

I can put it on my blog if need be. I can give a summary of it, I know I need to listen to the full thing to be sure I am analyzing it properly.

I'll explain that a friend (you) asked me to overview and older radio recording from 1987 and these are the recordings I was able to discern from it with thoughts, opinions, etc.

I have been working on a home project for a week. I am almost finished, but I have another project to work on. This is a good time to do them because I do not plan to go anywhere.

I am getting ready for some interviews on my YouTube channel. Fortunately I have these next two weeks free from much activity online except for one livestream panel on Thursday night and perhaps one on Sunday afternoon.

AVP, I was right the first time. The actress playing the 8-year-old girl does look like you.

Ah okay.
I haven't forgotten your project for me, I've had to postpone it temporarily but I will resume it once I am less busy. This week and next week are my least busiest so far.
Today was pretty busy with laundry and sorting through some things.

I mailed my absentee ballot and received a confirmation two days later from the State Board of Elections that it was received. They also let me know it was accepted. Even though Don T was negative, I had faith in the system. avp60685 Do you work at the polls on Monday for early voting?

Nope, I am only doing the main one on the 3rd. I think I have to help set up on the 2nd but don't know yet. The 3rd one should probably be fairly busy that day.

I may go ahead and vote on the day, but I had to cancel a dentist appointment. I have an appointment at one of the libraries and I'd rather not change it. I have a dentist appointment next May. Maybe by then there won't be any more problems related to the virus.

Bought my snacks and food items for the third. I will probably bring some puzzle books to do when it's slower.

Maybe by then there won't be any more problems related to the virus. Is it necessary to make an appointment to enter the library now? I may have explained this on another thread but this one library just opened for the first time in seven months. When I asked to look at old newspapers, at first I was told I couldn't. I persisted and was told if the woman in charge of the history room has two hours available, I can go in there and she can get them for me. It turned out she was able to let me do it that day, and I only had to wait 15 minutes. I made the mistake of assuming I'd be going back on a Thursday, when there was no reason i couldn't have done it on Election Day. I had forgotten my dental appointment was so early. I used to have it around Veterans Day or just before Thanksgiving.

Bought my snacks and food items for the third. I will probably bring some puzzle books to do when it's slower. Did it get "slower"? There were lines at the voting places shown on television. I streamed shows and avoided all "forecasts" about election results. I want to know the result, not the forecasts.

It had some slow periods, each of our scanner units did at least 100 people each. It was definitely an unique experience. We had a few lines here and there but nothing overly crowded. I was fortunate enough to get a ride back home and was home by 9:20 P.M.
There was over 20 of us working throughout the day including those who wiped certain equipment after every voter on the ballot scanning machines at the tables.
