I don't follow SPN, but I've been chatting with Natasha Townsel while she is in Metropolis, Illinois for the Superman Celebration. I thought you might like to see a sketch she did of Dean Her artwork seems hit and miss sometimes when it comes to likenesses, but this one is amazing:

Hi Anti I still come here almost everyday just don't post a lot.

As far as who's prettiest between Dean and Castiel, that is almost to close to call. I think they are both pretty in their own ways. I watched the last 3 episodes of S5 and when Dean is being a bad***, I don't think anyone is hotter than that, but on the other hand Castiel is pretty darn close, For me it depends a lot on the situation he is in at the time. I love the closeups with his eyes

I think they are both mighty fine and Sam to, although I wish he would get a haircut and shave the sideburns.

I did see on the Winchester Family Business site that everyone is revving up to start work on season 8. People and equipment are beginning to arrive in Vancouver, so I'm hoping we start getting some hints coming in a couple more weeks.

I just read that Supernatural's season 8 will start on Wednesday, October 3rd.

So on Tuesday, July 3, we will have exactly 3 months of summer hellatus remaining.

I hope you're wrong. I don't think they handled either Dean or Sam's escape from Hell very well. It seems there should have been much more to tell from that storyline.

All I've read so far is that Dean and Sam are re-united pretty quickly on screen, but that "much time will have passed." Not sure how that's going to play out, but will give the new guys a chance to get it right before I start whining!

I've read that too, about them being re-united pretty quickly. I don't know how I feel about that. OF COURSE I want them together more than I want them apart, but if they get them re-united too quickly, then Dean's trip into Purgatory may come off as not being that major.

If nothing else, I hope they at least hold it off until basically the end of Episode 1. Let the viewers see Sam trying things/talking to people/interrogating people or creatures, etc. Then after he's gathered all his information and maybe even tried and failed a few times, Sam tries one more thing or a last resort and it works and Dean gets out.

As for how that's going to play out, there are two ways they could do it. They could basically repeat what they did with Dean in the Season 4 premiere and have Dean find out, along with the audience, that he's been gone for X amount of months. Or they could do what they did at the beginning of Adventures In Babysitting with the "1 week, 2 week, 3 week" intervals chronicalling the boy's journey of slowly coming to terms with Bobby's death.

I'm getting tired of everyone going to hell or purgatory. Seriously, that storyline is pretty old!!

And I want the boys to be really working together, without those annoying separations of the past.

Lastly, people need to accept that Cas is part of the family, like it or not. Kill off Bobby...I don't care. Just let Cas remain with the boys. And NEVER lose the Impala!!! Whoever decided to not feature that car for SO LONG needs to be eaten by weasels.
