Some-one stole it from him? You remembered.  As part of Slade's revenge against Oliver, Isabel Rochev manipulated Oliver into making her acting CEO. She went behind his back and called a board of directors meeting to take the company from him. Felicity was an employee of Queen Consolidated and she and Oliver wound up being unemployed. Felicity needs a job so she can support herself. Let's talk about Felicity. She is a charming woman but she has not been successful in having a relationship. It was a major surprise to me when Oliver said he liked Felicity from the first moment he met her. He even remembered the color of the ink pen she was chewing on. ![]() He still gives her warm glances and makes comments to her to let her know his heart belongs to her...but he will not commit to a relationship because it would endanger her. And there is Barry. She obviously likes him but he likes Iris (I think that is her name). I really liked the way he flashed onto the train and gave her a kiss. |

I really liked the action in this episode. When Arrow was fighting the boxer, he somehow placed a boxing glove on the tip of his arrow and shot a knock-out punch. That was awesome!
The parallel between Ted Grant (the boxer) and his protege and Arrow and Roy was well played. At first, Oliver wanted Roy to leave but later realized he cannot abandon Roy. I am glad because I like Roy and he made some excellent fighting moves himself tonight.
We were treated to some flashbacks and they played a role in Oliver helping Roy to remember what he did and what his dreams were.
The Arrow sounded like a jealous boyfriend when he told Ted to stay away from Laurel. I knew Laurel would ignore the advice and so will Ted.

Even though they ousted him as CEO, they could not take ownership at that time. At the very least, from a business perspective, he would receive a "golden parachute" severance package of a billion dollars. |

Arrow rescued a woman and she became a stalker. She wanted to be with him but not just in the usual way. She learned bow and arrow skills so that she could team up with him. She had mental issues that her psychiatrist was unable to help her overcome.
She was not a nice person and not someone Oliver would ever be friends with. All I could do was shake my head at the solution they came up with for that weird woman.
Ray invited Felicity to a corporate dinner, dressed her in a designer gown and expensive jewelry, and charmed her. I could tell she felt special and was reluctant to respond to Arrow's team requests for assistance while on the date. Oliver became frustrated and went to Felicity, but he stopped when he saw Ray kiss her. I wish I had not deleted the episode because Ray did something near the end that made me suspicious of him (no…not the kiss…that was normal). It is bothering me so much I am going on line to see if I can find the scene.
