Yes, I watched it. There were a couple of OMG moments for me. When the prison guard stabbed Roy, I was shocked that he was killed and would be leaving the group. It was not quite that bad, but Arsenal will not be hanging around the team for awhile.
I thought Ra's was going to kidnap Thea, but he stabbed her. He said Oliver would come to him begging so stabbing Thea was part of that plan. During the first season, I would have cheered if Thea got stabbed because she irritated me so much with her melodrama. She is not so annoying now so I hope they save her.
I enjoyed the scenes with Ray, Oliver and Felicity. I burst out laughing when Oliver said Ray and Felicity could be related. That was certainly some unusual teamwork when Oliver controlled the atom suit while Ray was fighting.
Ray was in both The Flash and Arrow and I am trying to not get the two episodes confused.

Yes I saw both episodes as well and I see your point about getting confused about what happened in each episode.

3.20 The Fallen (4-22-15)
Ra's al Ghul presents Oliver with an irresistible offer; the team accompanies Oliver on a journey.

Ra's al Ghul believes it is Oliver's destiny to succeed him and he has done whatever it takes to force Oliver to accept that. Ra's knew Oliver would come to him rather than let Thea die. When Thea sprang from the pond like an animal, I thought she was truly changed. She seems to be returning to her usual self, but I think we will see her do unusual things because Malcolm said the water changes people.
Oliver's friends were truly loyal to follow him to that scary place and to chastise Ra's. Maseo helped them to find an escape route through the catacombs, but Oliver did the honorable thing and returned to Ra's. I was glad Ra's forgave Maseo and let him live. He is right that Oliver will need help and Maseo is the best one to help him.
I love that Felicity and Oliver finally had their intimate moment.
It was a very good episode.

I didn't like Oliver turning his back on the team.

I thought it was cool the way Arrow jumped or glided off of the roof rather than fight his friends.
Ra's al Ghul is requiring Oliver to do something unbelievably awesome as his final act before his transformation.

Now all of the flashbacks regarding the bio weapon that killed inhabitants of a city become relevant. Oliver and Maseo were inoculated in China. The League says their purpose is to ensure justice, but Oliver is supposed to cause the death of everyone in his hometown. How is that justice?

Excellent episode. I knew Oliver would not kill his friends, but they do not seem to trust him.
It is intriguing to see Oliver and Malcolm as allies after all the bad blood between them. I wonder if Malcolm betraying Oliver is Plan B or if he really is betraying him. Doesn't really matter to me because I am enjoying it.
Maseo's wife is an excellent defender and I am glad she is helping Oliver's team. I am not sad that she was able to release Maseo from his pain; he was ready to move on and it would have been dishonorable for him to take his own life.
That was the wedding from hell. Nyssa tried to kill Oliver at the altar.

I wonder when he becomes Ra's al Ghul if he will turn it into something good like he was with the team?

They are married and bound according to their custom but I don't know if it would be binding in America.

Not the series finale, just the season finale. There is a S4. I am glad that they are keeping Malcolm and Nyssa in the series.
Diggle is still angry with Oliver because Ollie kidnapped his wife.
Thea was wearing Arsenal ' s red suit.
